Photographic video inspection
Get photos and videos with a detailed overview of the roof and the entire building. This way, you can quickly view and document the actual state of the building.
Roof damage report
We use drones to carry out a photogrammetric survey of the roof which allows us to measure the extent of any damage with centimetre accuracy. We then prepare a report (.pdf) with the details of the damage detected and the respective size.
Photogrammetric survey with drone
The photogrammetric survey with a drone is a technique that makes it possible to detect the shape and dimensions of a building by means of pairs of photos taken in sequence. Photogrammetry, therefore, makes it possible to create a geometrically correct 3D model of the building (point cloud and polygonal mesh) from which measurements, areas, volumes and orthophotos can be extracted.
Facade survey with drone
We use the drone to take parallel photos of the façade and roof to recreate, using photogrammetry programmes, a 3D model of the building (point cloud and polygonal mesh). From the result obtained, we are able to transfer the vectorialisation of the elevations and the roof to CAD in order to provide you with a complete drawing (.dwg) on which to design the renovation.
CAD file return
The delivery of .dwg files allows you to design maintenance and renovation work directly in CAD, saving you time that you can dedicate to other customers. The files will contain vectorisation of the roof, elevations, plans or sections, depending on the product chosen.
Digital twin of the building
The result of the photogrammetric survey is a digital model of the building consisting of the point cloud and the polygonal mesh. Thanks to the cloud-based platform you will be able to measure areas, distances and volumes very easily without having to install programs or download heavy files.
