Survey and CAD restitution with drone and laser scanner
The photogrammetric survey with drones and laser scanners allows you to quickly and accurately capture all the elements of the building. From the geometrically correct point cloud produced, we extrapolate the data necessary for the CAD restitution of plans, elevations and sections.

Improves and speeds up design
Drones and laser scanners allow you to significantly reduce surveying time, ensuring data with centimetre accuracy. You will therefore be able to improve your architectural design thanks to the completeness of the information acquired.
Support for the 110% Superbonus
More and more professionals are choosing to rely on these technologies to cope with the numerous requests for renovations due to government incentives such as Ecobonus, Superbonus 110% and Bonus Facciate. The accuracy and completeness of the data collected by the survey will allow you to avoid delays and penalties.
Photogrammetric survey with drone
The photogrammetric survey with a drone is a technique that makes it possible to detect the shape and dimensions of a building by means of pairs of photos taken in sequence. Photogrammetry, therefore, makes it possible to create a geometrically correct 3D model of the building (point cloud and polygonal mesh) from which measurements, areas, volumes and orthophotos can be extracted.
Facade survey with drone
We use the drone to take parallel photos of the façade and roof to recreate, using photogrammetry programmes, a 3D model of the building (point cloud and polygonal mesh). From the result obtained, we are able to transfer the vectorialisation of the elevations and the roof to CAD in order to provide you with a complete drawing (.dwg) on which to design the renovation.
Laser scanner survey
Surveys carried out using laserscanner technology (lidar) enable the geometric positioning of millions of points per second to be acquired in order to recreate any interior environment three-dimensionally with millimetric precision. Compared to a traditional survey, you will obtain, in a short time, complete geometric and photographic information of all the elements.
Interior survey with laser scanner
Moving around the building with a laser scanner, we capture the geometric information of each room to create a 3D model of the structure. From the model created we survey and draw plans and sections of the building that you can use for cadastral updates or for planning renovation work.
CAD file return
The delivery of .dwg files allows you to design maintenance and renovation work directly in CAD, saving you time that you can dedicate to other customers. The files will contain vectorisation of the roof, elevations, plans or sections, depending on the product chosen.
Digital twin of the building
The result of the photogrammetric survey is a digital model of the building consisting of the point cloud and the polygonal mesh. Thanks to the cloud-based platform you will be able to measure areas, distances and volumes very easily without having to install programs or download heavy files.
